Meet our Founder, Pamela Fleming

Pamela R. Fleming is a transformational leadership strategist, organizational change advisor, and U.S. Army veteran whose work sits at the intersection of change management, emotional intelligence, leadership capability development, and The M.A.P. Momentum. As the Founder & CEO of Nexus Transformation Partners, Pamela is known for helping organizations navigate disruption with clarity, confidence, and cultural alignment — particularly in environments where people, processes, and identity are shifting all at once.

With experience leading transformation across energy, oil & gas, manufacturing, healthcare, higher education, and service-based sectors, Pamela brings a unique blend of operational rigor, relational intelligence, and lived leadership experience. Her approach is grounded in her proprietary Human Change Equation© — a framework that integrates:
