Generation Empathy: A World to Discover

Helping young people understand themselves, each other, and the way we all move through the world differently.

Generation Empathy is an interactive, map-based experience that helps young people explore behavior, communication, emotion, perspective, and connection in a way that feels visual, engaging, and easy to understand.

Through guided conversation, movement, reflection, and real-time discovery, youth gain practical language for understanding themselves and relating to others with more empathy, respect, and confidence. The experience helps make everyday interactions easier to see, talk about, and apply in real life.

Using the A World to Discover Floor Map, participants step into a visual learning experience where behavior and communication patterns become easier to understand. Rather than sitting through a lecture, young people move, reflect, discuss, and connect what they are learning to how they show up with friends, classmates, teams, and community members.

Each Generation Empathy experience is designed as a 90-minute interactive session for up to 15 participants, making it easy to bring into schools, youth programs, camps, leadership groups, and community settings.

This experience is especially valuable when organizations want to:

✓ Build greater understanding among young people
✓ Give youth language for behavior, communication, and connection
✓ Support empathy, self-awareness, and respectful interaction in real time
✓ Create safer conversations around how people show up differently
✓ Help young people practice seeing themselves and others with more clarity

For organizations looking to reach more young people in one day, we also offer a Day of Generation Empathy experience, which includes up to three 90-minute sessions with up to 15 participants per session.

Let’s explore how Generation Empathy can support your youth, students, or community group.
