How It Works

The Catalyst Referral Collective© is designed to be transparent and simple.

1. Share the Opportunity

Introduce NTP to an organization that may need leadership development, emotional intelligence assessments, MAPSTell-based team experiences, executive coaching, or organizational change support.

2. NTP Assesses and Engages

We meet with the organization to understand their needs and craft a tailored solution using the Human Change Equation©, The M.A.P. Experience©, or our enterprise transformation services.

3. You Receive Your Catalyst Recognition Reward

Once the engagement begins and billing is active, you receive a 15% referral recognition payment based on the first overall contracted amount.
